Frequently Asked Questions

General information

What is UFV Giving Day?

UFV Giving Day is a 24-hour fundraising initiative dedicated to strengthening the threads that connect us. Like the threads of a blanket are woven together, students, alumni, faculty, staff, and community members come together on UFV Giving Day—each contribution adding resilience, opportunity, and support to the lives of UFV students.

Every donation directly funds scholarships and bursaries, student programming, and wellness initiatives, empowering students to thrive. With each gift, we weave a brighter future as we recognize the connections we have to one another—connections supporting the entire fabric of the UFV community.

Join us in strengthening these bonds—one thread, one act of generosity at a time. Everyone can participate in UFV Giving Day!
